Year 1's Church Visit

All of Year 1 ventured down to St Paul's Peel Church on Wednesday morning to explore and find out about Christian worship. We all had such a lovely time and learnt a lot with the help of Grace who was so interesting. The children can now name significant parts of the church and know what happens in a church. The stained glass windows were incredible and will definitely spur on some art work next week. We even had a sing song in the pews! For now its back to school to produce some great literacy and RE work. All in all an interesting trip to start off our Autumn term.
