Year Six's Week

Year Six are continuing to work so hard, both Mrs Carr and I are so proud of their efforts. Congratulations to the seven children who attended the debate club competition at Manchester Metropolitan University. The team won two out of their four debates - a superb team effort. Also, some of the children enjoyed their Friday competing in a Quidditch tournament! All involved showed wonderful sportsmanship and represented our school amazingly. Finally, those who remained got started with their new Read Theory accounts. By reading varied texts and giving the correct responses to questions asked, the children gain virtual coins - it's already got very competitive! Every child has their own login details, but please ask if you have any questions about this. Have a great weekend.
