Year Six's Week - 6.12.19
Published 6.12.19
Rehearsals for Year 6's Christmas performance are now in full swing and the children sound great! We have done so much in just 4 days, so please continue to learn your lines Year 6, ready for next week. Any support with costumes is greatly appreciated. Tickets are now available on Parent Pay.
We have also continued to learn more about 'Rose Blanche' and we are nearly ready to discover what she has found in the woods. Maths lessons have focused on converting between fractions, decimals and percentage and we are now all a little more confident in doing this. We have finished the week creating drafts of our articles about sugar.
The children do have some spellings to learn, but they should focus on learning their lines and song lyrics.
It would be great to see as many of you as possible at next week's 'Wharton's Markets' after school on Tuesday. Thank you for so many kind donations this morning. And then, Wednesday is Christmas Jumper Day at school (worn over uniform) ready to enjoy our Christmas lunches.
Have a great weekend everyone :)
